Charging the ID. Buzz
GreenMobility covers all charging costs in Denmark when you rent an ID. Buzz. Charge for free at E.ON and Spirii stations nationwide.
How to charge: Make sure the car is unlocked in the app. Open the charging port near the right rear wheel by gently pressing the VW logo. Take the cable from the compartment under the trunk floor and plug one end into the car and the other into the charger. Use the charging chip located under the gear stick to activate the charging on the charging station. A blue light indicates charging has started. Return the chip and end your trip in the app.

When will ID. Buzz be available?
We expect the new electric vehicles to hit the streets of Copenhagen and to be available in the app by late May 2025.
Where can I drive the ID. Buzz?
You can drive anywhere in Denmark and even to Sweden. Just remember to end your trip within the Copenhagen zone (or satellite zones) and that charging and parking in Sweden are at your own expense.
Is parking and charging included?
Yes, parking within GreenMobility zones in and around Copenhagen and charging throughout Denmark are included in the price.
Where can I charge during my trip?
You can easily charge at any E.ON or Spirii charging station across Denmark at no extra cost.
How many child seats can be installed in the ID. Buzz?
In our ID. Buzz, you can easily install up to five child seats with ISOFIX. The front passenger seat, the outer seats in the second row, and the seats in the third row all come standard with ISOFIX and Top Tether child seat anchors. If you need additional child seats, most can also be secured using the car’s seat belts.
How much luggage can I bring?
With all 7 seats in use, you have 306 liters of trunk space which is room for about 2 large suitcases or 4–5 cabin bags. Need more room? Remove the third-row seats for 1,340 liters or fold both the second and third rows for a massive 2,469 liters.
Can I bring pets?
No, pets are not allowed in any of our cars. A fine will apply if this rule is violated – see our pricing page.
Can I extend my rental?
Yes! Simply buy a new package in the app (e.g., 3, 5, or 10 hours – or a day package) and activate it under “My Packages” before the current one expires.
Who is allowed to drive the ID. Buzz?
Only the registered GreenMobility user who booked the car is allowed to drive it.
